Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scoren’s consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or platform.

Our services are intended for professional business use. Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of their organization.

Consulting Services

Scoren provides strategic consulting, business analytics, and digital transformation services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

While we strive for excellence, consulting involves external variables. Results may vary based on market conditions, client implementation, and other factors beyond Scoren’s direct control.

Intellectual Property

All original methodologies, frameworks, and tools used by Scoren remain the exclusive property of Scoren. Upon full payment of fees, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables provided specifically for their internal business operations.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party. This obligation survives the termination of any specific project or agreement for a period of five years.
